How Google Login Works
You can use Google login in two ways:
During new account registration
When logging into an existing account
If you choose Google, OnlineJobs will securely authenticate your account through Google.
Logging In With Google
To log in using Google:
Go to the OnlineJobs login page.
Click Continue with Google.
Select your Google account.
You will be redirected to your OnlineJobs dashboard.
If this is your first time logging in, you may need to complete onboarding.
Creating an Account With Google
If you are registering for the first time:
Select Candidate on the registration page.
Click Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account.
Complete onboarding steps.
If you use Google signup:
Your email is automatically verified
You can proceed directly to onboarding
However, phone verification is still required to complete your account setup.
Linking Google to an Existing Account
If you already created an account using email and password, you can connect Google later:
Log in using your email and password.
Go to Account Settings.
Link your Google account.
Once linked, you can use Google login for future sign-ins.
Important Login Rules
Each email can only be connected to one account provider
Google login and email/password login must match the same account
Accounts cannot be automatically merged
If your Google email is already used by an existing account that is not linked:
You will see an error message
You will be asked to log in using your password instead
You can link Google later from Account Settings
What Happens After Google Login
After logging in with Google:
You may be taken directly to onboarding (if you are a new user)
Email verification is skipped (already verified via Google)
Phone verification is still required before full access
Once onboarding and phone verification are completed, you can fully use the platform.
Troubleshooting
I can’t log in with Google
Make sure:
You are using the correct Google account
You are not trying to log into a different existing account type
You are not mixing Google login with a password-based account
I see an error that my email already exists
This means:
An account already exists with that email using email/password login
You must log in with your password first
Then link Google from Account Settings
Can I switch from email login to Google login?
Yes. You can link Google from your Account Settings after logging in.

Using Google login can make access faster and reduce login issues, especially if you link it to your existing account after initial registration.
