Creating an Employer Account

Welcome to OnlineJobs! Creating an employer account allows you to post jobs, manage applicants, build your company profile, and start hiring talent from your employer dashboard. Setting up your account only takes a few minutes


Create Your Employer Account

To register as an employer on OnlineJobs:

  1. Open the sign up page.

  2. Select Employer Account during registration.

  3. Continue using one of the following methods:

    • Email and password

    • Google account


Complete Your Company Information

After creating your login credentials, you’ll be asked to complete your company profile.

Fill in the following details:

  1. Company Name

    • Enter your official company name.

  2. Company Country

    • Select your company’s country.

    • If your company operates remotely worldwide, choose Global.

  3. Founded Year

    • Enter the year your company was established.

  4. Company Size

    • Select the approximate number of employees in your company.

  5. About Us

    • Add a short company description.

    • This helps candidates better understand your business and culture.

  6. Optional Information
    You can also add:

    • Company website

    • Social media links

Providing more company information can help improve candidate trust and increase application rates.


Verify Your Email Address

Before you can fully access employer features, you’ll need to verify your email address.

  1. Open the verification email sent to your inbox.

  2. Click the verification link.

  3. Return to OnlineJobs.

Once verified, your employer account will be activated automatically.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.


Access Your Employer Dashboard

After verification, you’ll be redirected to your employer dashboard.

Your account will automatically receive the default free plan, allowing you to start exploring the platform immediately.

From your dashboard, you can:

  • Create and manage job postings

  • Customize your company profile

  • Track applicants

  • Manage subscriptions and billing

  • Access employer tools and hiring features
