After logging in, you’ll arrive at your employer dashboard homepage.
The dashboard includes:

Understand Your Dashboard Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see summary cards showing key hiring statistics.
Active Jobs
Shows the number of job postings that:
Are currently published
Have active status
Have not yet expired
Total Applicants
Displays the total number of applications received across all your job postings.
This helps you track overall candidate activity and hiring volume.
Bookmarks
Shows saved candidates.
The two numbers represent:
Candidates saved within a specific job posting
Total saved candidates across your account
Hires
Displays the number of unique candidates marked as hired for at least one of your job postings.
