Resetting Your Password

If you can’t access your OnlineJobs account, you can easily reset your password using the password recovery option. This process helps you securely regain access to your account.

When to Reset Your Password

You should reset your password if:

  • You forgot your password

  • Your password is not working

  • You are unable to log in with email and password

  • You did not set up Google login

How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the OnlineJobs login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.

  5. Click the reset link in the email.

  6. Create a new password.

  7. Log in with your new password.

Important Notes

  • Reset links are temporary and should be used as soon as possible

  • Only the most recent reset email will work

  • Your account remains secure during the reset process

If You Used Google to Sign In

If your account was created using Google login:

  • You do not have a password by default

  • You should log in using Continue with Google

  • Password reset will not apply unless you previously set a password

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the reset email

If you don’t see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Check promotions or social tabs

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

  • Wait a few minutes and try again

My reset link is not working

Reset links may expire or become invalid if:

  • They are used after a new reset request

  • They were opened too late

Request a new password reset email and use the latest link.

I still can’t log in after resetting my password

Try the following:

  • Double-check your email address

  • Make sure caps lock is off

  • Try a different browser

  • Clear your browser cache

If the issue continues, contact support through Intercom live chat.

Pro Tip

For easier access in the future, consider using Google login or saving your updated password in a secure password manager.
