OnlineJobs makes it easy to access and download your invoices through the secure Stripe Billing Portal.

Access Your Billing Portal

All billing management is handled securely through Stripe.

To access your invoices:

  1. Log in to your employer dashboard.

  2. Open the sidebar menu.

  3. Go to Billing.

  4. Open the Stripe Billing Portal.

From there, you can manage all billing-related information in one place.


Download Invoices and Receipts

Inside the Stripe Billing Portal, employers can:

  • View billing history

  • Access past invoices

  • Download receipts

  • Review subscription payments

Invoices are typically available in downloadable formats such as PDF depending on Stripe availability and settings.


Access Previous Billing Records

Your billing portal allows you to review previous subscription activity, including:

  • Successful payments

  • Renewal history

  • Subscription charges

  • Invoice records

I can’t find my invoice

Make sure you are accessing the Stripe Billing Portal from the Billing section of your employer dashboard.

If an invoice is still missing, contact support through Intercom live chat.

Can I download older invoices?

Yes. Previous invoices and payment history are generally available through the Stripe Billing Portal.
