Please note that moderation logic and review criteria are not publicly disclosed.
Temporary Visibility Changes During Review
If moderation review is triggered:
The job may temporarily become hidden from public listings
Applications may pause temporarily
The listing becomes visible again once approved
Most reviews are completed:
Within approximately 1 hour
Sometimes within a few hours depending on moderation workload
Edit Expired Jobs
Depending on your membership plan, you may also be able to reactivate the listing after making changes.

You will receive a notification once your updated job posting has been:

Rejected
You can also track the current status directly from the My Jobs section.
Pause or Delete Instead of Editing
From the My Jobs page, you can also:
Pause a job temporarily

Pausing is recommended if you may reopen the position later.
Troubleshooting
Why did my job disappear after editing?
Some edits trigger moderation review, which may temporarily hide the listing until approval is completed.
Can I edit a job multiple times?
Yes. There is currently no limit on how many times a job posting can be updated.
Why was my edited job rejected?
Jobs may be rejected if updated content violates platform guidelines or moderation requirements.
Review the rejection reason, update the listing, and resubmit it for review.
Pro Tip
Before saving edits, carefully review your listing to reduce repeated moderation reviews.
Detailed job descriptions, transparent compensation, and accurate requirements usually lead to faster approvals and better applicant quality on OnlineJobs.
